Bio
Andy Fediw is a New Jersey based singer/songwriter with deep roots in Americana, country and country rock. He’s been spending a lot of time in the recording studio these days either on his own projects or with his band Kinderhook. This has led to some of his songs being placed with Westwood Music Group and Music Supervisor.com. The Akademia music awards named his song “Run, Boy, Run” best country song . His song and animated video "A New Best Friend For Christmas" won best music video at the Newark International Film Festival.
Andy has found himself in excellent company throughout his career. He has shared stages with: Jefferson Starship, Harry Chapin, Poco, Orleans, Conway Twitty, Alabama, The Band, The Outlaws, David Bromberg, Joan Jett and Chick Corea. It is a list as diverse as his classical, rock and country roots. His only band, Kinderhook, is still the only unsigned act to have ever played the prestigious Summer Music Festival at Wollman Rink in Central Park.
Unfinished Business is what he has a lot of and with the help of some serious musician friends he's been making progress
